FREE ASSERTIVENESS WORKSHOP ORGANISED BY BACPAC Learn the techniques of Assertiveness and find out through practical exercises how to express yourself constructively. Find out what assertiveness is and identify situations and circumstances when you could be more assertive. You will explore how your self- esteem, expectations and rights all play a part in your ability to be assertive. Free lunch and refreshments provided.
